Short, because this site collects very little.
What this site collects
This website has no account system, no tracking pixels from advertising networks, and no newsletter signup form of its own. The contact form does not transmit data to any server — it composes a message in your own email client, which you then choose to send or not.
Where analytics are enabled, they are configured to measure aggregate page performance only. Where you follow a link to LinkedIn, a scheduling tool or a retailer, that third party's own privacy policy governs what happens next.
What happens to information you send
If you email or book a call, that information is used to respond to you and to assess whether an engagement is a fit. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing. It is retained only as long as it is useful for that purpose, and you may ask for it to be deleted at any time by writing to the email address on the contact page.
Client confidentiality
Client engagements are governed by a signed agreement that supersedes this notice. Under it: client material is held in isolation, source files are never altered, no client's information is accessed while working for another, and nothing is published without written permission. Case studies on this site are anonymized or composite and are labelled as such. Confidentiality obligations owed to prior clients and employers are honoured without exception, which is why no client or employer is named anywhere on this site.
Use of AI in delivery
AI tooling is used in engagement delivery for analyst-grade production — model construction, market scanning, research assembly and document synthesis — under human review. Every statement of work contains an explicit clause setting out how AI is used and which categories of client information are excluded from it. Those terms are agreed with you before work begins.

Content on this site is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it does not create an advisory relationship. Case studies describe past engagements; they are not a prediction or guarantee of results in any other situation.
The free tools may be downloaded, printed and used within your own organisation, including commercially. The site's written content, methodology and templates remain the property of InnovateX Consulting and may not be republished or resold without permission.
